Bassein Beach:
The Bassein beach is located in the Portuguese fortified city. In the beginning of 17th century the beaches of Bassein are mainly used as a ship building place. Bassein found in the northwest of Nalasopara village. Nalasopara having one more speciality, it is considered to be the birth place of Gautama Buddha. Dahanu-Bordi Beach:
Dahanu is a seaside town found in the Thane district. Dahanu has a wide sprawling beach. It is located near to the Paris's sacred town Udwada. The special thing with Udwada is that it has a large beautiful agiary. The agiary has a flame which has been burning continuously for the past thousand years. The beach was so long and it gets very hot during the summer days
Ganapatipule Beach:
Gnanapatipule is one of the most popular tourist spots with a lot of scenic beaches and the greeny lush. It is one of the most visited sea side resorts for families and for friends. 400 years old Ganapathy temple, Swarupanand's is located near to the beach is visited by thousands of devotees. Harnai Beach:
A quite beach called Harnai Beach was located at a distance of 200 - m from Mumbai. Day by Day the tourist’s value can be increased from Pune and Mumbai. Murad is the center place for all the tourist attractions. At Hanai, the oldest fort can be seen with huge glory. Murad is very well known for its clean white sand and safe water
Juhu Beach
Juhu Beach is considered to be the glamorous sandy beach with a lot of luxurious hotels fronting this long beach for a decade ago. It is highly known for the holiday parties. Juhu is located 25 km to the north of the center of the city. It is not so far from the Mumbai Airport. Train can also been available from the Harbour Line to either Cruz train station or Vile Parle station. Today the Juhu area is considered to be the place for famous film personalities like Amitabh Bachchan and Madhuri Dixit.

Madh Island Beach
The Madh Island Beach is situated on the Erangal Beach. It takes an hour to reach Madh Island Beach from Mumbai. It is a high class five star resort with lot of latest available facilities. Marve-Manori-Gorai
These are all the tiny beaches situated on the north of the city far from industrialization and untouched by expansion. The attractive sight here is the sunrise and the sunset by the hill ranges. Marve is the nearest beach which is so quiet. This is a beautiful fishing village with lot of beautiful bungalows and a clean beach. The beaches Gorai and Manori are little far from these places
Murud Janjira Beach
Murud Janjira is an impregnable island located 160 km away to the south of Mumbai. In 16th century it is considered to be the capital of Siddis. The Nawab of Janjira constructed the Janjira Fort. It is situated near to the calm and peaceful fishing town Murad. The other visitor’s attractions are Dattatraya Temple which is located 1 km away from the beach. The statue of the god is called as “Murti”. It has three heads representing the God Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. Two more beaches namely Nandagaon and Kashid are located few kms away from Murud Janjira
